Synopsis

Many business problems do not respond well to standard business practices –
surveys, business process re-engineering, total quality management etc.
It’s time to consider using new techniques and technology derived from the
latest business thinking – an exciting fusion of complexity science,
cognitive neuroscience and anthropology. Complexity science provides a new
way of understanding strategic issues for organisations. Switching from a
fail-safe design mindset to one based on safe-fail experimentation creates a
more resilient approach to managing uncertainty.
